Cancellation Policy
Pengu Studio requires 24 hours notice cancellation on all appointments. If a reservation is canceled with less than 24 hours notice you will be “Late Canceled” and charged. There are no exceptions. Kindly respect this policy as it affects other clients and instructors schedules.  Cancellations may be made through the Online Scheduler by creating a profile, clicking on the “My Info” tab, then “My Schedule” and clicking “Cancel”; or call +1 571.723.6200 to leave a voice mail; or email info@pengustudio.com.

Inclement Weather
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) due to inclement weather will be excused. If you deem road conditions to be at all unsafe we urge you not to attempt to drive and make a class or appointment. Safety always comes first!

Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds at Pengu Studio; however, you may exchange services or “gift” your remaining sessions to another client.

We accept Cash, Check (made to Pengu Studio), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We highly recommend you manage your account with us through the Online Scheduler.

Pilates Machine Class Prerequisite
If you have any kind of pre-existing condition that may affect your ability to participate in classes at Pengu, we ask that you let us know and that you consult a health care practitioner about your participation.

Dropping in on Group Classes
Please know that priority will always go to registered participants (you can register using the Online Scheduler).  To reserve space or check availability, please check our Online Scheduler, or call +1 571.723.6200 (but be aware that someone might not answer or receive your message until after the class has happened). Drop in spots will be offered to those waiting on a first come, first serve basis. If you decide to drop in please check the Online Scheduler to make sure class is not full or canceled.

Lost/Stolen Items
Pengu is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  We realize that with group classes it is easier to put your things in the coat closet or in a cubby, but just realize you are doing so at your own discretion.

What to Wear
There is no dress code just wear clothes that are comfortable and allow for full range of motion. Avoid loose fitting clothes that could interfere with some movements.

Although we love children Pengu and its staff assume no responsibility if you bring a child to sit and wait while you are in class. The child is your risk and the child’s behavior is your responsibility.
